Call Connect: keep the switchboard moving
Four lines, five teams and callers who won’t wait forever. Answer each ringing line, work out what the caller needs, and transfer them to the right team. It gets busier the longer you last.
How to play
- Tap a ringing line to answer it. On a keyboard, press 1 to 4.
- Read the caller’s message and choose Helpdesk, Cyber Security, Sales, Shop & Repairs or Accounts.
- Quick, correct transfers score most. Wrong transfers cost points and patience.
- Three missed or abandoned calls ends the game.
